Midpoint is a turning point: everything I have learned across strategy, marketing, business development and product, now working in one direction. The portfolio is deliberately small. A few engagements at a time, chosen against one criterion and held for years.
The method is written down and published. Vision sets quarterly bets, bets set weekly priorities, and weeks are planned once, then executed. Big problems get broken down until each piece fits in one sitting. AI sits at the center of how I work, not bolted on at the edges.
New engagements usually start small, as a consulting mandate or a hands-on role. The ones that stay build something worth owning: long horizons, skin in the game. Right now that means an early-stage fintech and a family-owned manufacturer modernizing how it sells.
Midpoint is not an agency and does not scale headcount. It is not a content business. It is not a fund. It does not take on work that fails the criterion, whatever the cash flow looks like.
